Cancellation & refund policy

This policy applies to Pruva subscriptions sold by Techsy Yapay Zeka Ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, Istanbul, Türkiye. Subscriptions are for your own workspace and may not be resold or transferred.

Every plan starts with a 10% deposit and a 1-month trial, one per customer. The deposit is taken at checkout. The rest of the first charge is taken when the month ends.

If you cancel before then, the rest is not charged. The deposit is not refunded. An owner opens Settings → Modules & billing in the app and taps Cancel trial.

The contract is 3 years. You can leave in year 1, before the first renewal. The first billed year (12 months, paid in advance) starts after the trial, on the day of the first annual charge. There are no refunds for the year already started, including unused months, unused modules or a downgrade.

You can cancel renewal at any time before the renewal date, including in year 1 before the first renewal. The renewal date is on your order and in the app.

An owner opens Settings → Modules & billing and taps Cancel renewal. That stops the next renewal and nothing else.

After you cancel renewal, everything keeps working until the last day of the term you paid for.

We keep your data for 90 days after the term ends. You can export it in that time. Then we delete it.
