- Crew on board, contracts ending in 30 days with or without a relief, last month's portage bills by status, training gaps, appraisals due and MLC rest-hour breaches, then the crew list per vessel with rank, nationality, sign-on and contract end.
- Planning & travel
- A rotation board per vessel and rank: who is on board, whose contract ends, who relieves whom and the gaps with no relief; a travel tab lists crew-change flights and hotels with cost and booked or ticketed.
