Planned maintenance Core (open)

Running-hours and calendar jobs, defects and class items in one plan.

Problems it solves

  • Overdue jobs found by the surveyor
  • Running hours copied by hand
  • Defects lost between crews

What you see

What each page shows

Jobs
Open work per vessel as a treemap, jobs due per week for eight weeks, and the maintenance jobs per vessel with their interval, last done, next due (date or running hours), class-survey flag and status. Each job opens a job card: the equipment, a running-hours counter, the class tag, the steps, the last sign-off, the defect behind it, one spare request and the survey window. Open class items collect into a dry-dock list without prices.
Equipment
The equipment tree per vessel with maker, running hours and which items are critical.
Defects
Open and closed defects per vessel with equipment, severity, who reported it and when.

Key workflows

Working in Planned maintenance

  1. 01

Jobs fall due by running hours or by calendar.

  2. 02

Complete a job with its readings, or postpone it with a reason.

  3. 03

Raise and close defects; a spare request on the job goes to procurement.

Steps that send, accept or submit need the publish level for this module.
