Who sells this
Pruva subscriptions are sold by Techsy Yapay Zeka Ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, Istanbul, Türkiye (“Techsy”). Techsy owns the software and every right in it.
No reselling
A subscription gives your own workspace access to Pruva. It is not a licence to the software.
You may not sell, resell, rent, sublicense or share access with anyone outside your workspace, offer Pruva as a service to others, or bundle it with another product. The software is covered by Techsy’s Private Use License: private use only, no commercial use of the software itself, no distribution.
The trial month
Every plan starts with a 10% deposit and a 1-month trial. There is one trial per customer; a workspace that has already used its trial pays the full first charge on the day it orders.
At checkout you give a payment method and tick the consent box. The deposit, 10% of the first charge, is taken that day. The rest, including setup and any onboard hardware, is taken when the trial month ends. The checkout shows that date before you buy.
Cancelling during the trial stops the rest of the charge. The deposit is not refunded. An owner opens Settings → Modules & billing in the app and taps Cancel trial.
The term
Every plan is a 3-year contract. You can leave in year 1, before the first renewal. Each invoice is one billed year (12 months). The first billed year starts after the trial month, on the day the rest of the first annual charge. Without a trial, it starts on the day you order. There is no month-to-month plan.
The checkout shows the trial dates, the term start and end dates and the renewal date before you buy.
Billing
Prices are per vessel per year. You pay for the whole year in advance, for every vessel on the plan, on the day the term starts. The one-off setup fee per vessel, and the onboard kit where the plan does not include it, are charged with that first charge.
We store only a reference to your payment method from the payment provider, never your card number. In this demo build there is no payment provider: the only payment method is a demo card that is never charged.
Plans are priced by how many modules each vessel runs. Industry packs are priced on their own, below the plan the same number of modules would need, and get no further discount. Setup fees and hardware are not refundable once the term has started.
Renewal
At the end of a billed year, the plan renews for another 12 months unless you cancel renewal before the renewal date. Leaving in year 1 means cancelling before that first renewal.
To cancel, an owner opens Settings → Modules & billing in the app and taps Cancel renewal. You keep access until the term ends.
Refunds
The billed year is non-refundable once it has started, after the trial month. There are no refunds for the year already started. Cancelling during the trial stops the rest of the charge. The deposit is not refunded. See the cancellation & refund policy.
Price changes
Prices can change only at renewal, never during a term.
We tell owners about a new price before the renewal date, so there is time to cancel renewal.
Your consent
At checkout you tick a box that says:
I agree to a 10% deposit today, which opens a 1-month trial, followed by a 3-year contract, billed annually in advance per vessel at the price of my billing company's country tier, plus the one-off setup fee, any support plan, any Safety Vision camera line and any onboard hardware shown. Safety Vision includes its camera kit, warranty and replacement, which stay Pruva's property. Hardware is a separate line; Safety Vision and hardware are one USD price in every country and are not discounted by the country tier. I can leave in year 1, before the first renewal. The rest of that first charge is taken when the trial month ends unless I cancel before then. The deposit is not refunded. After the trial there are no refunds for the year already started, and I can cancel renewal at any time before the renewal date.
If your workspace already used its one free trial, the box says instead:
I agree to a 3-year contract, billed annually in advance per vessel and starting today, at the price of my billing company's country tier, plus the one-off setup fee, any support plan, any Safety Vision camera line and any onboard hardware shown. Safety Vision includes its camera kit, warranty and replacement, which stay Pruva's property. Hardware is a separate line; Safety Vision and hardware are one USD price in every country and are not discounted by the country tier. I can leave in year 1, before the first renewal. The first charge is taken today. There are no refunds for the year already started, and I can cancel renewal at any time before the renewal date.
We store the version of the text you ticked and the time you ticked it on the order.
The demo
The demo runs on your own machine with generated data. No card is charged and no payment provider is called.
A demo order only unlocks modules in the demo workspace. It is not a purchase.
Your data
Your fleet data belongs to you. We use it only to run the service for your workspace.
Access rules are enforced in the database. An insurer sees only the vessels you choose to share.
After a term ends without renewal, we keep your data for 90 days so you can export it. Then we delete it.
