Bridge, deck, engine room, security and MARPOL events from 15 cameras and a thermal. The kit, its warranty and replacement are included and stay ours, so there is no hardware to buy. Add it to any package or pack: it never takes a module slot, and it is one USD price in every country.
Marine kit (stainless, ATEX, class-approved cable): quoted per vessel.
The billing company's country sets the price tier: Tier A pays the list price, Tier B 65% and Tier C 40%, on the subscription, the setup fee and support. Safety Vision, hardware and services are one USD price in every country and are never discounted by the tier.
With 10 vessels the workspace shares 3,000 AI credits a month. Hourly limits: 10 AI runs per person, 70 per workspace.

Billing questions
How does the free trial work?+
A 10% deposit opens a 1-month trial, one per customer. At checkout you choose a payment method and agree to the terms, and the deposit is taken that day. The rest of the first charge is taken when the month ends, and the first billed year (12 months) starts that day. The contract is 3 years. You can leave in year 1, before the first renewal. The checkout shows the exact date before you order. The deposit is not refunded.
What happens if I cancel during the trial?+
The rest of the first charge is not taken. The 10% deposit is not refunded. An owner opens Settings → Modules & billing in the app and taps "Cancel trial" before the remainder date. The trial counts as used (one per customer).
How long is the term? Can I get a refund?+
Every package is a 3-year contract per vessel, billed once a year in advance (12 months at a time). You can leave in year 1, before the first renewal. There is no month-to-month option. The first billed year starts when the trial month ends. There are no refunds for the year already started. The deposit is not refunded.
How do I cancel renewal?+
An owner opens Settings → Modules & billing in the app and taps "Cancel renewal". That stops the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the term you paid for. Nothing is refunded.
How is the price worked out?+
Per vessel per year, by package: Essentials $1,495, Operations $6,995, Professional $12,240, Complete $19,900. The 6 core modules are in every package and free to self-host; each package adds Pro modules. Each vessel also has a one-off setup fee. The billing company's country sets the tier: Tier B pays 65% and Tier C 40% of the subscription, setup and support. The cameras are Safety Vision, $11,900 per vessel per year with the hardware included, plus $3,950 once for setup and installation; predictive maintenance can add a gateway at $2,450. Safety Vision and hardware are the same USD price everywhere. Fleets of more than 49 vessels are on Enterprise, priced on a quote.
What is an industry pack?+
A pack is Essentials plus 5 to 7 Pro modules chosen for one industry. It costs less per vessel than Professional, which the same number of Pro modules would need. A pack has one pool of AI credits a month, shared by everyone in the workspace, with hourly rate limits. If a pack covers your Pro modules for less, the cart offers the switch.
